I’ve had the privilege of working with De Brasserie in Harfsen, photographing everything from their reopening event to everyday moments in the kitchen and dining areas. Located near Gorssel and the historic towns of Zutphen and Deventer, De Brasserie offers a cozy stop for coffee, meals, and vegetarian options, perfect for cyclists and hikers.
Throughout my time with them, I’ve captured a variety of dishes, from fresh salads to hearty entrees, as well as the behind-the-scenes action in the kitchen. The reopening was a highlight, but I continue to document the vibrant atmosphere and high-quality food on a daily basis. My goal is to showcase the welcoming ambiance and delicious meals that make De Brasserie a favorite spot for locals and visitors alike.
